43 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Very poor experience with the shuttle experience. They did not honour their responsibility and left me in a dodgy part of town to get a cab, and I was royally ripped off, and felt a little unprepared to argue with the cab driver, who was some kind of criminal. I was just grateful to have arrived safely, so I paid! But the hotel, should have honoured their commitment. I spoke with the manager Carlos Santana, but he did nothing.
