Customer service is terrible! When you call to confirm your room, they tell you that "yes, you have a suite with a pull out for your son to sleep on", when in all actually, you have a studio with no suite or pull out at all. They don't have cots either. If you have kids....stay away from this place. If you want to be treated with any respect...stay away from this place!!!
