I liked the hotel, but I did not particularly like the location. It was too far from shopping and eating facilities. It was very modern and very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The furniture was very comfortable and the noise level was minimum so I was able to relax. It also made me feel relaxed because I did not have to worry about safety. The other thing that made me feel relaxed was the way the space was laid out.

It had a spacious room and a good breakfast.

There was a problem with unruly guests that was not addressed by the staff. I wrote directly to Hilton and I was very satisfactorily taken care of with my money refunded and complimentary points for another stay. I stayed again at this facility and it was an excellent stay.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very nicely furnished and quiet.

They have great staff and great rooms, my family really enjoyed it. It's the only hotel I use in Schaumburg!

I witnessed the staff confirming id's before issuing duplicate room keys. Suites have double locks, and one building is all interior entrances.

I was very happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.

I stayed here for several days. The Mon-Thurs dinners are passable, but that's about as much as can be said. The food is mediocre (tater tots for dinner twice in a row?) but the free beer and wine partially makes up for it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the door leaks like a sieve and let in as much cold air as the wind could push in. The computer locked me out of my room because I was at the mall and did not check out exactly before noon (I finished checking out at 12:30 pm). That is totally unconscionable for a Hilton hotel, and just plain rude.

The staff was friendly and helpful, didn't charge me for a Gatorade I picked up from the pantry before leaving as a gesture for my having been locked out of the room. The van service is a plus, the drivers are friendly and will take you just about anywhere in a 5-mile radius, then pick you up. It operates in the morning, and in the afternoons from 4-9pm.

This hotel can be better, but as of right now, others in this city are better.

The hotel has individual buildings with outside locks.
