The stay was fine. I would say the service was great .

I am very likely to return to the Homestead Studio Suites North Charleston.
I might recommend it to friends.

44 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The rooms were not ready on check in. After a long day of traveling waiting in the hot lobby was not enjoyable. Our entire party was unable to shower and change prior to dinner plans due to the check in delays, which made for an uncomfortable evening. When I go into a room the first thing I like to do is unpack. When I opened the closet door it fell off in my hand, I reported this to the front desk and received a very rude response. No one ever came to fix the closet door. I will not be returning to this hotel for future business or personal trips.

I am not likely to return to the Homestead Studio Suites North Charleston.
I would not recommend it to friends.

67 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The pool was not working. Their was dog poop under one of the beds. The pots and pans were not very nice but they did exchange them for us.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Homestead Studio Suites North Charleston.
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: No pressure from maids or service.

I am very likely to return to the Homestead Studio Suites North Charleston.
