Homestead Studio Suites Indianapolis Hotel - Page 1

It was just a very unorganized hotel. The room was very dirty. There was dog hair and ashes on the floor. It took the front desk a long time to find a working vacuum. The girl who came to clean the bathroom was also the person answering the phone. So while cleaning she was answering all the front desk calls! There is not enough staff at all. I was just not happy with the stay. They also had no utensils for cooking. Everything we needed they had to take from another room or hunt it down.

We actually stayed there because a family member was at the university hospital. From the minute we walked in the hotel was very disorganized. Our room was half done, one bed was not made. The staff could not find anything we were looking for. The pool was out of order - and the list goes on. I would not recommend it to anyone! However, the hotel's location was good; it was near the highway to get to the hospital.
