37 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The front desk services in this place were so abysmal that I couldn't believe. I asked for pepper, rice cooker etc. as advertised. I never got them in 15 days. Any further questions, and the answer was always "You are paying just $70 and this is so this is all you can expect" What atrocity!
