Homestead Studio Suites Hotel Atlanta

Three days after repeated requests for simple things like a fresh pillow and cooking tools (have pans in room but nothing to stir with) and repeated promises of "someone will get this and that .." by different workers, nothing got done. Careless attendants at the front desk - just don't feel any responsibility for remembering, taking notes and following through. The place is excellently located but only reasonably clean and has hardly the provisions shown in photos or available at similar 2 star places. OK for budget traveler so long you are fine with poor service.

It was okay, but minimal. We will try a higher level of the same hotel next time. The best feature for us was the location.

There was a mix up with the reservation, so they upgraded our room. The room we were then assigned was not clean, so they sent us to another room. They were very apologetic about the situation and gave me a discount upon my check-out.
