Location.Room assignment. This hotel is ok, located in quiet corner by 880 in Fremont. The price is also ok. I was having hard time sleeping and almost falling off my bed many times since I had to share a bed with my partner.

Horrible
The person at the front desk was very nice.Everything else, the hotel did not meet my expectations. This hotel was not clean, looked like it was furnished in the early 70's and did not meet my expectations.

Friendly staff, helpful in answering questions.Decor is slightly jaded and certain hallways smelled of curry. Good for occasional business travelers; slightly pricey for leisure travelers. Needs a bit of a refresher for the general facilities.

Nothing.Used rubber packets all over the room, smelled of cleaning solutions. Just a room, no housekeeping over 3 days, used rubber packets all over the room. It would make a nice skid row motel. No pool, nothing around the place, a real dump....

From the beginning of my stay until the end, the staff was exceptional. The hotel was above all my expectations, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Good value.Public facilities like the laundry room can be cleaner. Trash rooms were left open and stunk up the hallway. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay. Nobody else seemed to be alarmed as everyone stayed in their rooms versus...

Good
I liked the little kitchen, it was convenient.They had a bad selection of cable television. I liked the setup of the hotel room, it was really comfortable. I don't think I would like the 7 day room service if I had more people staying with me.
