Overall I enjoyed my stay of two nights.The bathroom could've been alot cleaner.My bed was nice and soft and pillows nice and fluffy.Hotel staff wonderful.Phone lines stayed tied up,could not call out or recieve calls.

The customer service at ESA was absolutely appalling. My room was not cleaned for two weeks, even after I complained. Several times the hotel shuttle forgot to pick me up and left me in outside over 100F heat, once for over two hours. They refused...
