I wish I had read reviews before staying here. It doesn't even deserve the two stars it has been rated. Everything is dirty, doesn't work properly, or is completely broken. The staff doesn't care, as there is only one person on duty...

We got the room for a great price, close to the airport. We stayed overnight and we left our vehicle there while we were on vacation. They transported us to the airport and they picked us up when we arrived back. They were a little slow picking us up but it was till worth it. It saved us paying for parking for six days. The room was a good size room that accommodated my large family.

Check In staff were rude and didn't care about are concerns, reservations were all wrong...room was dirty and smelled really bad, left and found another hotel...went back to let them know that we weren't staying here and didn't even apologize, very rude!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was not clean. When I checked in, there was a used Q-Tip and a used Band Aid on the bathroom floor and a piece of wide clear tape with black hairs stuck to it and stuck onto the front of the bathroom counter. The carpet had visible dust and hair on it and stray objects such as a paper clip, a penny and a toothpick between the end of the dresser and the wall. The hard surface floors were sticky. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by looking up maps and driving directions for me on the internet. The location is convenient to the airport but does not have a shuttle service.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They seemed to remember me when I had occasion to be in the office.

The location was quiet and convenient. I would recommend that the management more closely evaluate the housekeeping staff. I could not honestly recommend the hotel because of the dirty facility.
