I love the availabity of rooms and pools. we went to orlando for the weekend get away and found a affordable place to stay.

I am a regular customer there when visiting the Orlando area. The comfort to value rating is excellent.

We checked in late in the evening, to be told there was only one room available, we had asked for a high floor with a pool view, we were given a ground floor room overlooking the carpark, with a walkway outside, the room had no sheer curtains, so we had a choice, open the heavy curtains to have daylight in the room but let everyone see us, or have the curtains closed for privacy and have no natural light.

The room smelt dusty and damp. There was an iron burn mark in the middle of the carpet, the toilet was dirty, and the there was only one set of clean towels. The covers on top of the bed had cigarette burns in.

We went back to the check in to ask for an alternative room and we got told every room was the same. Needless to say, we didn't stay for too long, checked in at the Amerihost across the room, which was clean and tidy and light!

Everything was as expected.

It is a good place to stay at a good price.
