Horrible
35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Since the hotel has gone independent the service is horrible here, the manger is highly unpleasant. The place is not in good condition as it was when Holiday Inn was managing it!. The carpet were dirty and the bathroom had mood in the shower....this

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the worst experience.. mold in the shower and sink dirty linen on beds and when we asked for towels they didn't have any hey had run out of towels.... DO NOT STAY THERE plus its not listed...

Horrible

This place was nasty beyond belief!Bad neighborhood.Police cars commonly stopped here.Grounds not well kept.Nasty old wood lattice fence,with lots of unkept,uncut overgrowth around hotel.Lots of trash collected around outside of fence.Not enough...

50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The room had a sink stop missing. The air conditioning unit was not working right.

I am not likely to return to the Holidays Golden Glades Boutique Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I had a cast on my left leg and my husband had a cast on his right leg. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

We booked a room and ended up getting bumped up to a suite.
