I had to go to the doctor. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down... The owner is a two foot, two face knieving leprechaun! With his bed buddy Garrett.

You can never go wrong staying at a Holiday Inn hotel. It is a name I can trust for clean and fair priced rooms.

The restaurant was awful and so was the buffet. The room service was marginal.

The front desk personnel was friendly.

The air conditioning did not work. We called for repair and it was never fixed. The smoke detector hung off the ceiling by the wires. The hot tub leaked in the pool area and when they finally fixed it then it was closed until the cement dried and by then we were checking out to go home. The food was sub-standard. The cook or chef did not show up one of the days at breakfast time. Housekeeping hardly ever showed up to my room. Our beds were never made nor had fresh sheets for the three and a half days that we were there and I had to call for fresh towels all the time. It was a business trip. My family went with me and a front desk gentlemen played air hockey with my son in the evenings. He was nice to my son. It gave my son something to do while I was studying. That was the best part of the trip, that the front desk staff was good with my son. Upon check out they did reduce my bill, but I will never go back there again or refer a friend of family to go there either.

The location was adequate, but the quality of the room for the price charged was inadequate. The room was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was very unclean and when this was brought to the attention of the management, no action was taken to accommodate us. A letter was even written after the fact that was never answered. A tourist should research other hotels in the area.

The staff was very helpful. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. The area was right in the center of everything.

The hotel is old, that is obvious from the building. But the staff has character and takes care of their guests which totally make up for it. Something that none of the area hotels have. If you want a new luxury high end hotel, than go somewhere...

A/C did not work; shower left water on bathroom floor; food on buffet was cold, but staff was very friendly and eager to meet our needs.

I liked the very friendly staff, they helped us out when we needed a place to stay because the hotel we originally booked in Detroit was absolutely dirty and our group had cars broken into. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Detroit.

There's willingness to help us out in a bad situation.

Holiday Inn women workers are beautiful!
