Leaking Sewage on my Car

41 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I parked my car in the garage. Came back a day later and a sewage pipe in the ceiling leaked raw sewage on my car. Hotel accused me of moving a cone to park in the space. Told me to go have my car washed. Did not tell me where the car wash was or offer to rinse off the sewage. It is months later and I have still not received an apology. Acid from sewage stained my car.
