Holiday Inn Winter Haven Hotel - Page 2

I stayed on business and the new pillowtop mattresses were great!

My stay at Holiday Inn was fine, there were no problems or anything special.

Holiday Inn Winter Have-Cypress Gardens was nice.

The hotel front desk staff was not very friendly. The non-smoking room had ashes in the toilet and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed, couch, and other furniture were all in very nice condition. The carpet was very clean. I thought is was very good that they had a dehumidifier in the room, however, they should have emptied it prior to our arrival.

They royally messed up the reservations by not having the person who blocked off a set of rooms check us in, so the person checking us in didn't know the correct system.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Their spacious lawns allowed ample room for the baseball team I was with to start an impromptu kickball game, entertaining parents, siblings, and complete strangers for hours, all for the mere price of the $1.50 kickball.
