Holiday Inn Winter Haven Hotel

The hotel was in a very convenient location, near restaurants and close to the gardens. All the services were good.

From check-in to check-out the staff makes you feel at home. They're always smiling and ready to lend a helping hand. My husband and I had a flat tire during our stay and Ben jumped right in and had us on our way in no time. I do recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Winter Haven the next time we are in town.

I stayed on business and the new pillowtop mattresses were great!

The hotel itself was ok, in general. I did not think that it offered a great value for the money. The television options were poor. They only offered twelve channels. I was disappointed that there was no offer of a continental breakfast. The only option was the on site restaurant, but at a five dollars per day. The hotel bar was overpriced, too. There were other options close by.

It was nice. Movie stars had visited it also in the past. They have pictures in the lobby of various celebrities who stayed there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt comfortable and secure.
