Excellent service. I was greeted with a smile, a speedy check-in, and given a free drink coupon and free breakfast option (both of which I took). Room was good. Great shower, great bed. Very quiet rooms, which I was most appreciative. Good fitness center and pool area. Overall, this is a place I'd come back to.

Staff at front desk not helpful. Two elevators for hotel with nine floors; stairs were off limits. Took 30 minutes waiting for elevator. Staff did nothing to correct. Manager gave preferential treatment to a couple and let them use the stairs....

The hotel has a great location. The Green Mill restaurant is very good and the hotel has a large business center, plus you can get a wireless adaptor to use in your room. I have been staying there for trips in that area for the last twelve years.
