Holiday Inn West Palm Beach Turnpike Hotel - Page 1

The location was excellent but the oldness of the motel means a lot of maintenance work is on going. It has a great pool area and is close to downtown West Palm Beach. I had trouble with the toilet overflowing but maintenance was quick to resolve it. It’s worth the cost.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had our reservations in hand when we arrived. They gave accurate and complete instructions when asked about where to go for dinner. They gave us use of a business room for our enjoyment. They were quick to assist us with any questions or problems.

I like this hotel because it is convenient for me and the rooms are always clean.

The pool was very nice. The air conditioning unit was very efficient. The hotel was a little too close to the Florida Turnpike, but not so close as I would not choose the motel again.

It had a very nice pool. It was centrally located to attractions and friends I visited. It was convenient to Florida Turnpike. It had good security. The staff was polite and they did not interfere in anyway during my visit. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.
