I would say the hotel was what I expected. It was across from the dog track and a decent restaurant was on site. It was easy to find and get to. The workout room was pathetic. I would suggest a partnership with a good local exercise facility.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn West Memphis.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was located right off the highway we were traveling on. We stay in Holiday Inn hotels whenever we travel and we are always pleased with their service.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn West Memphis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.We left some items in the room and we were contacted about the left items before we could get home. The items were returned to us. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband, two boys and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was cordial. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. This hotel, by far, is the nicest you can stay at in West Memphis, AR. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was excellent. Our refrigerator did not work and it was immediately replaced. We left some items in the room and we were contacted about the left items before we could get home. The items were returned to us.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The accommodations were very clean.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn West Memphis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
