Horrible
I was put on the executive floor by virtue of my Priority Club standing. For THREE NIGHTS in a row, I had to fight with the front desk to quiet down parties in neighboring rooms between the hours of 1:30am - 4:30am. Each night required FIVE calls...
It was location at a pretty decent location. The service was quite nice actually. The food did not suit me too much, but it was not bad. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. I did not stay for very long, but it felt like a very good stay. I must comment on the room I was in, it was quite clean and tidy and the lighting was good. The check-in process was great too. I cannot comment on the pool since I do not usually swim. Lastly, the price was pretty affordable, at least to me. Not a bad stay!

This was out third time at this H.I. The staff are always very friendly. We had a great bartender. Breakfast buffet was good, kids ate free and the waitress was awesome. We'll definately stay again.

Lobby is attractive and people are very helpful. Other areas of the hotel are obviously old and in need of maintenance and updates. Price was good. Parking easy, cost not included in price, but $7 per day not bad. Beds were fine.Pool and Patio...
