55 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Bathroom was so dirty I couldn't bring myself to take a shower in it. Light fixture fell off bathroom wall and broke in sink. Staff came to repair light in the middle of the night, hours after I called. They must have saved a fortune buying the mattress in our room. I will never stay there again, but my husband would because he is a saint.

They have a clean, knowledgeable staff, complimentary internet access, and a convenient location.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn University of Miami.

The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The location was great and the staff was very helpful.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn University of Miami.
I might recommend it to friends.

I like the service people. They had a good workout room.

This hotel made me feel content: The people were very hospitable. They always smiled.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn University of Miami.
