Good
The ground were lush and well kept.Rooms halfway updated, lobby and halls very tired and worn. This was not a bad place to stay. I could have had something luxurious elsewhere.
This Hotel was a complete waste of my money. When i checked their website it said it had alot of features, but when i got there it was a BIG disappointment. Rooms were very dark, no fridge, no microwave, no breakfast, toilet paper was hard to find...
Dislike: Reasons here they are, False advertising, it read "microwave and Fridge" (NON in our room, when we called the front desk she said it will cost $10.00 more for a fridge.) I didn't read that on the website, " for additional ...

We liked the easy access right off and on the freeway. Parking was expensive ($13 a day) for someone who isn't used to paying that! Nice rooms, comfortable beds, two glass doors onto the balcony to block traffic sound, and the adjoining restaurant had excellent food for good prices. It was nice to go see Hollywood Blvd and then return to the peace of the room and grounds of the hotel. We did not have much interaction with staff, but when we did, it was pleasant. Cons: The showers could have had more water pressure and the bathroom was fairly small, but understand that they are complying with water restriction rules. We stayed three nights and got much better maid service after the first night than we did the second and third days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and may quite possibly return again if we are able.

The hotel was in a very convinent place. Close to Universal Studios was just a matter of blocks away. They have a free shuttle service that takes you to Universal Sudios. The room itself seemed very cheap. It seemed a little pricey for the room. The check in agent seemed off, not too helpful and they were pushy about some tour that they have there. The mentioned it everytime they saw us, it annoyed us.
