The food service was not good, staff was very unfriendly and unhelpfull, especially the employees at breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool area and games but at night it was very loud, we were located right next to the pool area. We called the front...

I like the hotel's friendly and competent staff. Holidome is limited, but well maintained. The rooms are average. The facility is older, but has recently undergone updating.
