50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed for 2 nights - doing some school clothes shopping. It was terribly dirty. The room had the no-smoking sign ripped off the door, by the smell of it right before we checked in. The 2nd day only 1 bed was made of the 2. The garbage was al

The hotel has recently renovated both the guest rooms as well as the banquet space. Pleasant place for both families as well as the corporate traveler. The floor to the cieling is all new. New appliance and furniture to make any one feel at home (if not better). The restuarants inspires you to remodel your kitchen. Speedy check -in especially if you are a Priority Club member! Which I happen to be and I recommend Everyone become one. There is no fees only year long outragious bonuses. I would recommend this property to everyone and can honestly say it has to be the best in town! Close to the ever growing west end shopping, easy exit off the interstate, and close to the best restuarants in town.
I had sugested this to my Daughter for her reception. Im so very sorry for this they make it sound wonderful. I came in from out of town and WOW what anightmare for our guest and us. The "hall" we used was so hot her guests left early then we were told the AC was out. The icing on the wedding cake melted. The rooms we horriable dirty, service was the worst. PLease do not ruin your day or waste your time in a place were they do not care and customer service does not occur....

Mediocre
We have stayed here in the past and it was great, but I think it changed ownership. We placed the do not disturb sign on our door when we went to breakfast, but our door was ajar when we came back. No one was around, but the room was in the...

While zipping from MN to ID we tend to stay in Billings a lot, and in the past hadn't paid too much attention to WHERE we stayed (usually Holiday Inn EXPRESS) put I was dismayed when I saw the hotel, and realized we'd stayed here before and had a BAD experience then, and now we were back. It was worse the 2nd time. 1st set of rooms-dirty, bed not made, food wrappers. Took us 30 min to check in and 30 min to get different rooms. No apology or we're sorry. Our younger sons had a seperate room and the 2nd set of rooms (which were clean) they were down the hall from us, not right next to us. During the night the front desk person walked into my boys rooms-with another male guest? and was talking to my boys. They absolutely thought the "lock" to keep everyone out was on the door. They did not tell me about this till after we left-and I wrote them a strong strong letter-but they totally blew me off. I think we should have reported this to the police. I would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Conference for work... Used rooms, meeting rooms, and banquet rooms. Food: Had moldy lettuce first night there - several people got sick from it. Tomatoes were soft on salad plates for sit down dinner. Bathrooms: hair on toilet seat, dirt and hairs...

This place is a dump!!! Absolutely do not stay here. There are several similarly priced options within 2 miles.
Upon checking in, the first words out of the front desk person's mouth were "We're out of non-smoking rooms, so this is where your room...
