DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed for three days and on my second day, I returned to the hotel in the evening and ALL OF MY THINGS WERE GONE. No luggage, no clothes, no toiletries, no cell phone charger. Everything was gone!!! I am a business traveler and have stayed in hotels in 40 countries. I have NEVER had an experience like this one. DO NOT STAY HERE.
I saw the negative reviews and was hessitate to book this Hotel - Quite surpirsed at teh quality and cleanliness. Best price value in Tallahassee I know of...I'll stay here again in June!

Horrible
I am amazed that there are positive reviews about this hotel. My room was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Filthy tub and floor. Vanity chipped. Shower curtain smelled moldy. Sheets and blankets were thin and old, looked like bed had been...

28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
so i made a reservation for a weekend online, and 5 minutes after i realized i clicked the wrong date, so i called them to clear up the confusion... well after being on hold and transfered to 10 diff ppl (one lady saying she was BUSY so im just going to need to call at a diff time!)i got a hold of the manager and then it took lots of me explaining myself for them to let me change it! Then i had to call national Holiday Inn Corp to get them to talk to the manager and finally he told me that it didn't go through do not worry about the chargers. Finally i was relieved UNTIL i got my credit card bill with a 246 dollar charge that i already paid.. NO GOOD

The thing that separates chain hotels in major cities is their staff. Otherwise they all have a bed, a parking space ESPN and the weather channel. The staff here from desk to housekeeping was as friendly and accomodating as any five star and far...

This hotel had my family and I quite pleased with their trip to Tallahassee. I am a student at FSU, and my family stayed at this hotel while visiting me. I checked them in due to the very late time of their arrival, and the staff was fantastic. They were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were georgeous and roomy. The two double bed room my family was in still had room for all their stuff, and a rollaway bed, which the hotel provided. We were very impressed with the way this hotel was run, and the service we recieved.
