I could not find my reservation at check in. My last name was spelled incorrectly when the reservation was made. It took fifteen minutes to check in. I could not get my credit card to go through, even though I was able to use it later that night at a retail store without issue. I could not adjust the temperature of the room even though there was a thermostat.
