We have stayed here for 3 years in a row using my Priority Cub Reward points. The first year was great so we went back for a second which was OK but this last year was horrible. The place is going into disrepair. The brand new water park was loved by the kids but 4 of the features were broken. The pool was constantly being closed for cleaning due to "accidents", which I guess is good but verry annoying. The elevators were constantly broken and 10 story walk up sucks with a 6 and 2 year olds, not to mention we got stcuk in it one morning. The rooms and funishings are showing thier age and need replaced. It seens like the golfcart going to the parking lot is either not manned or no where to be found when you have to get to your car.
We will not go back, I would have been very mad if I was paying cash for the last stay.
