It was nice to know that there are some hotels out there that welcome their guests regardless of the current state of room availability.
After originally booking down the street at a much less desirable hotel, we called Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort. They found us a room, on a very busy week no less, and welcomed us in. We felt lucky to have them go that extra mile for us.
