My family and I went to Disney World for a vacation Christmas of last year. We chose to stay at the Sunspree because it was much cheaper than several hotels in the area. But the saying "you get what you pay for" is exactly the case for this hotel. T

My family and I expect more of this hotel. We needed to change rooms because the urine smell was impossible. The new room was good, but outside very unclean. Truly, I think that the pay is expensive for commodities that bring us to the hotel.

This hotel needs to be renovated, the food is awful and expensive, the "kids suites" are just a king bed and bunker beds in the same room size as a standar room. The lobby and rooms are in fair condition and clean, but the rest of the hotel looks...

Extremely kid friendly with separate rooms within a room with various themes and bunk beds for the kids (i.e. bug catcher, castle, space camp). The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
