Our stay was great. We were pleased with our accommodations. The only issue I had was that there was not high speed internet connection in our hotel room.

We stay at this hotel often. We live in Tampa and when we go to Orlando it is the only hotel we use. The kids eat free, the pool is great, and the staff is always helpful. The location is very convenient to Interstate 4 and all the area attractions. I highly recommend it!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It is an easy stay. The check-in was easy and the kids loved the place. It is always an easy in and out.

We loved this hotel, they cater to everybody. My kids loved all the games by the pool. They have and excellent game room, the rooms are clean, the carpet was a bit dirty, but not bad. We will definitely go back here again

The location was perfect for the area we needed to be in. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. The only complaint was that the room was very humid to the point where the bed, chairs, and my clothing was damp.

This hotel made me feel important: I did not have to wait to have a question answered, be seated at a table, or receive service of any kind. The staff was very accommodating.

The concierge was very friendly when pitching a timeshare breakfast event to us, but became noticeably cold and less helpful when we declined. It makes me to locate a hotel the next time I travel to the Orlando area that does not engage in this type of business. Also, the room was noisy as it faced the freeway on an outside corridor and the air conditioner kept us awake all night. The hotel restaurant was good and a good value.

I was very happy with the location, room, and services. I was very unhappy with the in house restaurant. The food was too expensive and very poor quality.

It's a great place for the kids. It's conveniently located to the Disney area. There is lots to do at the hotel.

The location was good. It took forever to check in and they tried to push extras on us. I was traveling with a pet, which I notified them of when I booked the room, and they charged me extra. The maids only came to the rooms two of the five days I was there. There was a nice Pool.

The people could have been a lot nicer. It seemed like when I asked for something, I was bothering them. And a food tray from room service was outside our door from check in until the 3rd day of our stay. That really made us kind of mad.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt like I had no worries. If I wanted to go for a swim, I went; if I wanted to eat, I could. Just the hotel itself was very nice.

The staff was friendly, but there were baby ants or some type of small bug in the room.

Everything was great--except that they need to learn how to remove pet odors from the rooms or have pet-only rooms. The room was smelly and I did not have a pet. It would be nice if they left the eating section of the kids' snack bar open up until 11:00 PM.

This hotel made me feel hip: I liked the kid friendly environment. They had music and entertainment at the pool.

It was very disappointing--I was unaware that the computers had been removed from the cyber arcade. I had pre-purchased time on a computer which was no longer honored and there was no reimbursement. Also, it was not very clean, there were many bugs everywhere.
