The staff is so nice and wonderful. We were treated like a best friend! Our trip was our honeymoon with four young children. The indoor pool and game room are nice, a little musty in pool area but it is a pool indoors. The restaurant is good hot food and not bad at the price either, very convenient. Have stayed here many times and will keep coming back because of price, location, convenience, and the charm. So, save some money and stay there, we just might run into ya.

First let me say that the staff at this hotel were so nice,not just at check in, but the entire stay.

Ok,now the bad part. This hotel is FILTHY! We took our two girls for three days on a little vacation. We got there later in the evening and had reservations, otherwise they were full. Our room was dirty, smelled like mold, and the bathroom shower had mold in the tile and was gross. There were things under the bed and behind the chair where the sweeper wasn't ran. So unlike a Holiday Inn. We called the front desk they said they would move us in the morning. ok.

We went to the pool for something to do, it was gross. Water wasn't clear and table and chairs not clean. This was all in the Holidome portion.

In the morning they moved us to the Tower section, which is next to the Holidome. The room was way better, cleaner, and roomier. The minimum of what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. However, to get to the room the building is HOT and stuffy like they have no air in the halls and the floors and carpet to the room is dirty.

There is a pool in the Tower as well, worse than the first one. There was food and grime all over, dirty water on the floor, a band-aid, and something gross on the pool wall.(don't know what it was). This stayed this way for three days.

We walked through the Terrace section, not in the rooms, but just as bad. There is no upkeep at this hotel. The restraunt is dirty, the hotel is dirty, pool is dirty. I am not a germ-a-phobe or overly picky, but I will never stay here again. I asked ppl at the pool if they had a nice room, and they had the same complaints. Please look elsewhere, the pictures online are great, but the hotel is just filthy. Especially if you have kids.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This hotel was not bad for the price. My husband and I was there on our honeymoon. The only things that we did not like was that our room was in a different building than the main building. Everytime we wanted to go swimming or to the restaurant we had to walk a distance outside (this was in the middle of winter). I also wished that the restaurant had better hours. It was though close enough to walk downtown to all the shops.

It needs to be cleaned better. It would also be nice if the pool and the gym were open twenty four hours, for adults to enjoy a peaceful surrounding.

We travel with our boxer dog and they were very friendly to the people as well to our dog.
