Holiday Inn and Suites Mosinee Hotel

Don't stay here. The bed sheets were not changed and I noticed a stain on sheet from previous occupant.

The staff was easily confused and had trouble getting my bill corrected. Room service never showed and still was charged for the food that was never delivered, stay at the Stony Inn across the street instead!

I came for a weekend getaway and had many problems not only with the satisfaction of the room but also the adjoining restaurant as well.

I ordered room service and received food two hours later! I was surprised at the lack of attention to detail with the cleanliness of the room, even my recliner was broken.

Don't stay here, stay elsewhere!

When I stayed there the whirlpool didn't work.

It's okay. They give me government rates and most of their hotels are good.

I had no problems at this hotel and would recommend it to others.
