The hotel was noisy. They rented multiple rooms to an airline flight attendant school and the students gathered in the hallways and spoke loudly.

I had a nice stay. I received good service. I had no problems with getting a room late in the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Resort was conveniently located near a major highway. My room was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent.

The beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be. And the room created a relaxing environment.

They did a nice job but were short on help.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The staff was entertaining.

The pool is gorgeous and very warm. The waterfall is a nice addition. But the restaurant was expensive for the quality of food served.

I thought that our stay at Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts was good. The room was nice, big and clean. When we checked in there seemed to be some confusion because there was two of us with the same last names but that was soon straightened out.

This hotel is a good place to stay.

The front desk people were inattentive and otherwise occupied except at check in. The room service was never collected, the tray lay out in the halls all day long, and the cleanliness of the room was questionable, as was the speed of room service.

The in-house restaurant was great, both the food and service. The rooms were open to a view of the courtyard pool, which is nice. However, the air conditioning could be better. And the bathroom didn't have enough towels for 3 people to use (women use a separate towel for hair).

Really, stayed at this hotel because one of my friends that came into town earlier in the year said a cutie was working at the front desk.
