It was absolutely beautiful and clean. It had a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was just very expensive, but I guess that goes with the territory in Arizona. It was a positive experience overall.

This hotel made me feel respected: It seemed that the entire staff was experienced, and that made a big difference. They answered questions politely and promptly. I felt that the questions I was asking were important to them. The staffs in so many places today are made up of younger, more inexperienced people who give you the feeling that you are bothering them when you ask for something, or they simply can't answer a question. This was not true at this particular hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was courteous, and friendly. The room was really nice.

The hotel was very nicely decorated and landscaped and felt very upscale considering their very reasonable rates. The service at the front desk was helpful with trying to get around the area. The room was very nice and clean and had nearly everything in it I would have wanted. The only disappointment I had was that the hotel did not have any humidifiers/vaporizers to use in the room given the extremely dry air and the cold I developed.

The Holiday Inn and Suites Chandler is relatively new. I was surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the hotel - from the lobby to the room itself. It has a decent bar area and lounge with a big screen TV and a clean sports bar feel. I checked in pretty late after a business dinner and the staff treated me and my travel companion professionally and with respect. I was surprised at the scale and quality of my room. I believe I was given a free upgrade because it was more like a suite - with a deck overlooking the pool and courtyard and a large seperate "living room area," with a kitchenette that included granite countertops. The master portion of the bedroom area included a comfortable king bed, and a large master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate marble tile shower. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall this was a good experience and a surprisingly nice and upscale Holiday Inn!
