Good
The courtesy shuttle took an hour to show up. When we complained to the front desk they apologized and gave us coupons for a free breakfast. The room was recently renovated and looked good--but--the rest of the hotel was deep into renovations so...

Our recent stay was complimentary since our stay the year before was very substandard relating to the room's cleanliness. A letter was written to the manager and she wrote back apologizing and offering our next stay complimentary. Although the room this year was clean and nice we were disappointed to notice that this particular hotel has gone downhill in the six or more years that we have annually stayed there. Its standard of cleanliness is still slipping. The location is great for visiting New York City. Whereas I would have recommended staying there in years past, I would not do so now. I am looking to stay in another hotel for the coming annual spring trip to New York City.

Okay
All I can say about this hotel is used and abused! i try to look for a full service hotel for business travel and this seemed to fit the bill. The lobby is ok but could use serious updating. The rooms are terrible....old musty, in need of a good...

The location is convenient to just about everything. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is exceptionally courteous and professional. The restaurant and the lounge have excellent service, friendly staff and delicious food. It is definitely worth the price.

The location was good for us to get into NYC. We have stayed at this hotel every year now for five years so we could attend a meeting in NYC. It was fairly easy on and off the interstate. It was nice that US one parallels the interstate since there was a high traffic jam and we were able to easily get off a few exits early. We can walk to good restaurants and Bennigans being our favorite. The Smokey Joes was just a mile west on US one.
The snacks and beverages in my room were good.

Everything was fine except dinner. There were five us -- dinner came for some, not for others. What dinners came were staggered in their arrival. The Saturday night cook wouldn't accept help from other employees to keep up. We left without three of us ever even seeing a crumb (the cook supposedly was new).
