The only complaint I have is that I asked to be close to my mother's room and they put her five or six rooms away.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It was the fastest check in I have ever had! Also, we were there for a large family reunion and at one point when we could not find some family members the people at the front desk told us where they were!

The hotel went out of its way with little extras like a newspaper, a bottle of water, chocolate mints and a personalized letter. The staff was also very personable and helpful.

This hotel made me feel practical: I believe that the hotel anticipated my needs as a traveler. They put a do not disturb sign on my door when I arrived two hours before check in so that the cleaning personnel would not disturb me.

The hotel had maybe the nicest/enthusiastic staff I've ever met.

This hotel made me feel important: The manager personally greeted me when I came in. I was checked in quickly and given an upgrade to a king room.

The staff was extremely kind and courteous and the facilities were well-kept. The restaurant was a little pricy.

They had poor bar service. There were no twins games and it was dirty everywhere!

Pool area was a little run down and towels were lacking in quantity. Desk help was good and efficient.
