The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. It was easy to find off the freeway. The service was excellent and our only problem was solved quickly and to our satisfaction.

This hotel made me feel important: They took care of my needs and requests. The front desk staff was very friendly and they granted all my wishes.

When we arrived our reservations were not showing (because we booked online, and not through Holiday Inn). The front desk was more than accommodating and patient throughout the process. Even though the problem did not lie with them they took the extra time and energy to make sure we were taken care of. After we were in the room for a couple of hours the front desk called to be sure we were settled and happy. In this world of customer no-service, we certainly appreciated the kindness and efforts. The room was clean and comfortable.

I did eat the breakfast in the morning, which was adequate. The room was very nice and clean. The only problem I experienced was that the bathroom light did not work and the front desk said they did not have anyone there who could fix it.

The staff was very helpful and the room was way better then I expected.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was always eager to help with any problem and with directions.

I liked the pool and hot tub. I liked the ice machine. I didn't like that the outside door stayed open.
