I stayed in a clean comfortable room. It was a clean hotel. I liked the friendly reservation desk staff.

The keypad to unlock the door from outside into the hotel was faulty. We had to stand outside in the rain for five minutes until we could get the door to open. We went to the door at the other end of the building and the key worked there, but the handle fell off the door. We told the desk about this problem, they replaced the keys, but that did not fix the problem as the problem was in the key pad, not the keys. The hotel staff was unsympathetic with regard to the problem and they did nothing to fix it or accommodate for their facilities lacking.

This hotel was used for our reunion and the staff and management was very helpful to us. The location and facilities was good. I recommend this place to any traveler or person on vacation to the St. Augustine area.

This hotel made me feel respected: All the staff treated us very well. When we asked questions about the area and places to visit they went out of their way to explain all about the attractions, how to find them and the best times to visit.

My stay was very good. We had a good view of the beach. All was as I expected for a Holiday Inn.

It's an excellent facility with a great staff. It's the way all hotels and motels should be run! I love the great food! I love the great staff at the front desk!

It was an older hotel. It needed upgrading but was acceptable.

It was nice but a little overpriced. There was no air conditioning in the corridors.

I liked the super location, comfort, and the staff. It was not fancy, but pleasant enough. They have Lousy long-distance service, which blocks your calls to the 800 numbers of the L-D company you want to use.

The hotel wasn't as nice as we expected. It could use a little renovation and updating and the hotel restaurant could use a lot of work. The location was a little farther from the historic city than we would have liked.

Holiday inns are usually very clean, staff is friendly and willing to help if any problems arise.

Day staff is usually pretty good,knowledgable. Night staff (after 8 or so pm) are usually not so helpfull. Errors made often.

It was an OK room, nothing special.
