Horrible
THe management people are very nasty and not very helpful. I asked the General Manager for help and she denied. what a waste! Get a new Manager and employess would make my memories worth it.

46 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Initially it was very good, and then when the front desk changed, the man at the desk was not as receptive to our problem when our door key would not work. We were promised that it would be fixed and came back to our room that night only to find it had not been fixed. We had to wait outside the room. The next day my husband went back to make sure it was done that day and it was finally fixed. I think the staff was very nice, but the problem took two days to fix.
When I initially checked in, the clerk was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway.
I might recommend it to friends.
