The host was very friendly. I liked the nice refreshments provided upon arrival and the restaurant served good breakfast. But the bags took too long to be delivered to our room.
This hotel made me feel respected: We were welcomed as a group upon our arrival and they treated us with respect.

We always look to book at holiday inn first, my husband has stayed with them on business trips numerous times and we always know we will get good quality for a great price.
This hotel made me feel respected: We had driven all night long and got to the hotel at 6am, expecting to have to wait around a few hours to get into our room. The hotel staff was so nice, they got us into a room immediately and we were able to get a little rest.
