The hotel itself was decent. The staff was very friendly, except for this one guy who followed us into the pool area and sat there watching us, waiting for us to leave. He was very rude, however, we had an amazing time. We did have some ants in our room, which I think was due to the fact that they are renovating. I think once it's all done it will be nice, but they should really give you a discount for the amount of construction going on.

The hotel was nice and clean.

My husband travels with his job so I decided to take our 2 year old to visit dad while he basically lived in this hotel for 5 months. The girls at the front desk were always very polite and professional. The pool area was clean and well maintained and if there was ever a problem with the room they would move us quickly and without any trouble. There is a great little bar/restaurant attached that has a wonderful breakfast buffet.

It is difficult to find as it is in a strange area. The room was too warm.

This hotel made me feel important: They paid instant attention to us and they were very helpful.

My father's air conditioning unit did not work and after we notified someone, it still was not fixed properly. He mentioned this at check out, but nothing was done to the bill. We went to the restaurant to eat and there was a hole in the floor, under the carpet, so when you walked over it, the whole floor sank. The lights in the elevator did not work. We did not get adjoining rooms. It was very disappointing.
