Due to Ivan's help, I enjoyed very much the stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I like the helpfulness and friendliness of Ivan at the front desk. He helped us book many tours and gave us directions to places we wanted to see.

I thought the service was great and I'd stay there again in an instant.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was just incredibly helpful. We were working long hours and they made everything as easy as possible for us. They were all very friendly, down to earth, and polite. They made us feel like they valued us and we were important.

I will most likely never return to another Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn at National City was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was contacted by them following my complaint, they offered me complementary nights because of my dissatisfaction.

It was a welcome to San Diego. The price of the room about ran me over. I'm from the Midwest and from what I'm used to the room was highly overpriced.

This hotel made me feel respected: They worked with us when we didn't know about a certain deposit and were very courteous about the mistake (especially since it was theirs).

It wasn't as nice as the pictures on the website, but it served its purpose and overall, it wasn't too bad. I would stay there again, but only if my first choice was booked up.
