The only problem I have had with the priority club is that the desk clerks usually do not know about the promotions. There has always been an issue getting the 'club rate' or bonus points.
This hotel made me feel secure: I liked the inside access, the large lobby, and 3rd floor room.

I was being renovated, so there was a lot of mess. I thought maybe there should have been a reduced price. But the people were wonderful, even the carpenters--painters or whoever--who were working at making the Holiday Inn new and exciting.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were renovating, so it was kind of messy. I didn't know that when we made reservations. They charged too much. However, the people were fantastic, friendly, and courteous. They made you feel at home. They're just nice people!
