The hotel was great. I would like to see the beds updated, they were old and very uncomfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Shreveport Airport.

I had a slow check in. The room was newly renovated.

I like the hotels location and the staff, any problem that I may have encountered was addressed immediately. I'd stay there even if it wasn't a business trip.

There is nothing that I do not like about this hotel. I stay there twice a month and everything, from the room to the staff, is superb.
