We stayed two nights in July 2007. It's a new hotel( a few months old) and we had a great first night. Room was great, esp. bathroom. Breakfast was nice. At 11:00 on 2nd night it began to rain and we noticed the ceiling leaking in three spots(we were on the top floor). I called down and they never brought up the extra ice buckets to catch the water. I moved the chair so it wouldn't get ruined. We were told hotel was full so they couldn't move us. After 30 minutes I went to the front desk. Very young front desk employee asked if I wanted towels to put under the drips. He was not at all worried when I said the carpet was getting soaked. We could not put out the roll away bed we had because of the drips. They actually told me they had rented a room to another person at a discount because it was leaking too; and they took it anyways. I couldn't believe that. No offer of a discount or future discount at another location. Very disappointed at their customer service, esp. since the hotel was so new.
