Holiday Inn Select of Clinton Motel - Page 1

I was not told in when I made my reservation that the electricity was going to be turned off for scheduled repairs at eight o'clock in the morning. This meant that the phones, the elevator and all the electrical service would not work. I had hoped to sleep in that morning, but instead I had to rush out before the elevators stopped. After I insisted they reduced my room rate by half. Not only did they not tell me at reservation that the power outage of six hours plus would occur, but they also failed to inform me at check in. After going out for dinner, I discovered a message on my room phone informing me. At that point it was too late in the evening to pack up and go elsewhere.

Our stay was not planned. It was just by chance that we stayed there. We decided it would be better to stop, get some sleep, then drive the rest of the way home the next day. The stay was quite pleasant.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was neat, clean and it met our needs.

It was clean. I would recommend it to others.

It is functional, efficient, and convenient.

This was a pleasant stay at a clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying and we will consider this branch of hotels again.
