I liked the neat, clean, convenient location but it was a bit pricey.

This hotel was very friendly from the front desk to the maids. It was a nice change of pace from some of the other hotels we have stayed recently. They catered to the business traveler and they did an excellent job! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing to dislike. It had a good location, the staff was helpful and easy to get along with, it had good parking but I thought it was a little lacking for dinner.

The front desk people did not communicate well and they were not friendly. The hotel itself looked old and drab and it could use a make over.

This site is across the street from the Craft Fair we were doing and very convenient. The hotel is one we have stayed in frequently and we have usually been very pleased. There are also several restaurants in the area within walking distance.

I liked the hotel's convenience to Centennial Park which was where I needed to be. The room needed more light but it was ok, otherwise.

They know how to take care of their customers. You are never a stranger there. They are always very helpful and they like to take care of the customers. My advice is to stay here if you are in Nashville.
