ROOM WAS FILTHY DIRTY, STAINS ON THE BEDSPREADS, COMPLAINED AND WAS TOLD NOTHING WAS WRONG. NOT A CLEAN FREAK BUT DON'T EXPECT FILTH, ALSO BLACK BODY HAIR ON TOILET AND ON BATHROOM FLOOR. OVERPRICED AND NO, I MEAN NONE SECURITY THAT WE COULD SEE. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY---LOVE HOLIDAY INNS BUT NOT THIS ONE.

Nice hotel but it's in the hood. I seen no security in the 4 days I was there and to get in the door, I had to get past 3 guys looking for change. If you stay there, bring an armed guard!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select University Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select University Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Nice hotel, it was clean. But in that area and there is no security during the day and little at night. Good employees.
