I found the hotel and the surroundings very comfortable and inviting. The service personnel was very friendly and helpful. The food and the drinks were on par with other hotels.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We were welcomed and things were like we felt they should be. The personnel were cheerful.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select UCF Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location and comfort were fine. However, the maid service failed to clean the bathroom and replenish supplies.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Select UCF Area.
I might recommend it to friends.

It's a quiet location with easy access to highways. It has a great staff, wonderful rooms, and a great bar. They have free high-speed internet.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have a friendly front desk staff.
