The room was small but nice- they called it "Cozy". The linens were clean, bathroom clean. TV has a bad wire and was total static. Couldn't fix it. The pool was ICE COLD. There was so much chlorine that we all were gagging and our eyes were red

Very clean, very accomidating! Meals in the restaurant were rather expensive considering the quality of the food. The location to where we spent our time, Mall of America was great. I was a little disappointed with some of the service we received in the lounge area but otherwise very nice stay.

Okay
I’m a devotee of Holiday Inn properties, but I have no clue about the ‘branding’ of their different chains. I’d be happier if it the scheme something to do with common English usage. I’m particularly fond of Holiday ...

The hotel was nice. I ended up staying there because the flight I needed to take was delayed a few days. The service there was nice overall, although I think they could have handled my situation better.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Select & Suites MPLS INTL ARPT-MALL OF AMERICA.
I might recommend it to friends.

The lobby and the common areas were almost non existent and quite unattractive. It was like being in an office building. The room was just hideous and done in bland beiges and they had nothing else available despite me asking for something more attractive.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Select & Suites MPLS INTL ARPT-MALL OF AMERICA.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I had a meeting with the CEO of the company there. We ate food, talked about our big project, and went to the bar. I had a great time and everyone was very kind.
Everyone had a smile on their face. Everyone was helpful to any questions we had. I left there felling special.

I requested a non-smoking room and when I checked in at 11 a.m., they claimed they did not have any available nor would they later. They did not even try to find me a non-smoking room. They put an ionizer in the room which did not improve the smell. Finally at 5 p.m. I told them I would need to leave and find another hotel. Upon checking with a manager I was put into a conference room with a folding bed that was non-smoking. The room appeared to not have been used recently as there was a lot of dust in there. Needless to say, it was not a restful night and I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many others within walking distance.

The hotel was very nice, but the beds were not very comfortable and none of us got a very good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive for the quality of the food that was offered. The staff in all the areas was very friendly and for our purposes it was in a great location, close to the hockey arena for our tournament and close to the Mall of America for shopping and fun.
